U.S. appeals court reinstates COVID-19 vaccine-or-test rule for U.S. workplaces -Breaking

WILMINGTON (Delaware) – Friday’s federal appeals court reinstated a national vaccine-or testing COVID-19 requirement for large companies. This mandate was a Biden Administration rule that covered 80 million American workers.

Cincinnati’s 6th U.S. Court of Appeals lifted a November injunction blocking the rule of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The OSHA rules apply to employers with less than 100 workers.
