Magnitude 6.2 earthquake strikes offshore Northern California

(Reuters) – A magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck off the coast of northern California on Monday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
According to EMSC, the earthquake occurred at a depth 9km (5.6 miles). According to the U.S. Tsunami Warning System, there wasn’t a tsunami alert after the earthquake.
