Republican SEC commissioner intends to step down by end of January

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – Elad Roisman, a Republican member of the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission stated Monday that he plans to resign as commissioner at the end January.
Roisman sent a note to President Joe Biden on Monday informing him of his plans.
