Tesla’s Musk says he will pay over $11 billion in taxes this year -Breaking

(Reuters) – Elon Musk (NASDAQ:) Inc Chief Executive Officer stated on Sunday that he will be paying more than $11 million in taxes for electric-car manufacturer Tesla (NASDAQ:)

Democratic U.S. After Time magazine named Musk its “persona of the year”, Senator Elizabeth Warren tweeted that Musk should be paying taxes and not “freeloading on everyone else”.

Musk replied by saying that he would pay “more taxes this year than any American” in American history.

Musk is considered the richest man in the world, and Tesla’s value is approximately $1 trillion. Musk has already sold over $14 billion of Tesla shares in the last week.
