Biden says he and Manchin are ‘going to get something done’ -Breaking

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden stated Tuesday that he and the conservative Democratic Senator Joe Manchin would “get something done” regarding the president’s social spending bill.

Biden said to reporters, “Senator Manchin is going to get something done”, when asked about Manchin. Manchin had on Sunday publicly rejected President Obama’s plan “Build Back better” in an act that threatens the law.
