Saudi Arabia’s close was marked by an increase of 0.81%.
They were the top performers at the session Arabian Centres Co (SE:) rose 9.09%, or 2.00 points to trade at 24.00 by the close. Astra Industrial Group (SE) gained 7.55%, or 2.85 points, to reach 40.60. Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE) was at 31.20 with a gain of 4.87% (or 1.45 points).
Etihad Atheeb Telecom (SE:) fell 3.64%, or 1.100 points, to close at 29.100. Baazeem Trading Co (SE:), fell 2.38%, or 2.80 points, to close at 114.80. ALAHLI TAAKUL COMPANY was down 2.36% (or 0.85 points) to 35.10.
Stocks that are rising outperformed those in decline on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange were 155 to 56, and 10 ended unaffected.
The February delivery of crude oil was at $70.25 per barrel, an increase of 2.39%. Brent oil rose 1.54 or 2.15% to $73.06 per barrel in commodity trading. The February Gold Futures contract rose 0.1% or 1.95, to $1796.55 an ounce.
