Maersk nears deal to buy LF Logistics for about $3 billion

(Reuters) – Denmark-based A.P. MollerMaersk and LF Logistics in Hong Kong are currently in negotiations to purchase them for approximately $3 billion. This was reported by Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

According to the report, announcements for the agreement could be made as early as Wednesday, provided that talks do not break down.
