© Reuters. Stocks in Israel rise at the close of trade. TA 35 is up 1.42%Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
Tel Aviv’s closing bell saw an additional 1.42%, a new record.
They were the top performers at the session Israel Corp TASE:) rose by 3.78%, or 4840 point to trade at 1333000 at the closing. Israel Discount Bank Ltd. (TASE) gained 2.97%, or 60 points, to close at 2080. Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (TASE) was also up 2.85% or 341 points to 12290 late trade.
Liveperson (TASE 🙂 fell 3.83%, or 450 point to trade at 11300 at close. Ormat Technologies (TASE 🙂 decreased 0.89% or 220 points to finish at 23410. Harel : (TASE 🙂 was down 0.388% or 13 to 3450.
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 323-180, and 23 was unchanged.
Israel Discount Bank Ltd. shares (TASE:), rose to their highest levels in over a decade; an increase of 2.97%, or 60 to 2080. Tower Semiconductor Ltd. shares (TASE:), rose to three-years highests, rising 2.85% or from 340 to 12290.
Oil for February delivery rose 1.33%, or 0.97, to $73.73/barrel. Brent oil rose 1.06 percent to $76.34 per barrel in March commodities trading. The February Gold Futures contract rose 0.366% to $1808.65 an ounce.
The USD/ILS declined by 0.35%, to 3.1507; the EUR/ILS dropped by 0.35% at 3.5678.
US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.5% at 96.015.
