Commercial Bank of Dubai to Open NFT Art Exhibition

Amrita, an internationally renowned NFT artist based in Dubai, is organizing the Dubai exhibit. The exhibition tells the story of how the CBD has developed with the United Arab Emirates in the past 50 years. It connects Deira Clock Tower to its massive head office building, which forms the CBD’s iconic logo and identity. The exhibition shows that the CBD will be a leader in the support and innovation for future and present generations to achieve sustainable and long-lasting growth.

The “This Is the Future of Art” premier event is scheduled to run from February 1 to 2. It showcases work using a mixture of technology. The exhibition’s pieces will all be displayed in Augmented Reality technology. Sethi is the principal partner in the event. He has created 28 different versions of the artwork piece voice notes art with the topic “Dubai”. Each piece of physical artwork comes with a NFT digital copy and unique angles of AR.

Bernd van Linder, Chief Executive Officer at CBD, stated that they are excited to mark the Golden Jubilee in honor of the United Arab Emirates’ historic Golden Jubilee by organising the NFT Art Exhibition. The exhibition tells the story of remarkable growth and accomplishments within a span of half a century. Additionally, he noted that UAE is now a leader in technological innovations and advancements. The CBD will continue to collaborate with them on their journey of innovation.

Participants at the event can scan the QR code embedded in the artwork. The augmented reality function allows them to enjoy their artwork and “see the sound” through it.
