Tesla Pops, Lucid Group Dips, Nvidia and AMD Rise -Breaking

- Tesla (NASDAQ: ) was up 1.8% on the news that Wedbush had raised its price target. This gave the electric car leader an additional boost. Wedbush’s Daniel Ives believes the EV industry is poised for a major step forward. Tesla’s ability to navigate the supply chain problems in the semiconductor sector puts it into a strong position. Lucid Group Inc (NASDAQ) is down 1.2% premarket.
- Nvidia (NASDAQ 🙂 and AMD are poised to take semiconductors higher once again. They traded up 1.4% & 1.2% in the premarket session.
- Apple (NASDAQ) has also seen a.2% increase in pre-market trades despite the fact that. Apple (NASDAQ:) is now just a step away from his all-time record and the impressive $3 Trillion market cap.
- Albemarle Corporation (NYSE:) has increased nearly 2% MercadoLibre Inc (NASDAQ) has increased 1.5%
- Peloton Interactive Inc The NASDAQ: is under surveillance after an analyst at Raymond James called the guidance for this fiscal year aggressive, even though it was impacted by the quarter’s recent drop. Aaron Kessler stated that there had been “continued softness” in December’s quarter and gave Peloton Market Perform.
- F5 Networks Inc (NASDAQ:) is up 1% in thin trading after Needham & Company called it their best idea in networking for 2022, raising the price target to $303 from $266 (and the current share price of $245). Alex Henderson spoke highly of the company’s progress in software and suggested that it would “become an Cloud/Kubernetes-play” which could merit a larger multiple.
- BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd ADR(NASDAQ:) looks poised for a rebound after yesterday’s sell-off induced by share offerings. It is currently up 38% during busy premarket trading.
- Mercury Systems Inc (NASDAQ) is poised to rise after it announced the adoption of a shareholder rights plan called a “poison pills” in response to Jana Partners’ 6.6%.
- Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals Ltd (NASDAQ:) fell 16% after the Phase 3 trial for mavrilimumab in Covid-19-related acute respiratory syndrome was not successful.
