Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The closing in Copenhagen saw the stock fall by 0.19%.

GN Store Nord was among the top performers during the session, rising 1.63% or 6.6 point to trade at 412 at the close. Meanwhile, Royal Unibrew CSE:: A/S added 1.55% or 11 point to 735. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE ) increased 1.03% to 240 points at 23650 in the late trade.

These were the worst performers of the session. Novo Nordisk CSE: A/S Class B, which dropped 1.16% (or 8.5 points) to close at 723.6. Ambu A/S(CSE:), which fell 0.75%, or 1.3 points, to close at 171.6 Genmab CSE: was at 2598.0, down 0.42% (or 11.0 points).

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpassing declining stocks by 82 to76, while 18 ended the same.

The shares in AP Moeller – Maersk (CSE 🙂 rose to their 5-year peak; an increase of 1.03%, or 240 to 23650.

The February delivery of crude oil fell 0.33 percent to $75.65 per barrel. Brent oil fell 0.44 or 0.56% to $78.23 per barrel in commodity trading. The February Gold Futures contract dropped 0.36%, or 6.45, to trade at $1804.45 an ounce.

USD/DKK declined 0.33%, to 6.5524. EUR/DKK climbed 0.01% to 7.4354.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.3% at 95.903.
