(Reuters) – SpaceX, billionaire Elon Musk’s equity funding has reached $337.4 Million. The rocket company made this disclosure in a regulatory filing Wednesday.
SpaceX counts Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:) Inc, and Fidelity Investments as its shareholders. In October, a secondary sale of shares saw it reach $100 billion, CNBC reported. The company had raised $1.16 million in equity financing as of April.
SpaceX didn’t immediately reply to Reuters’ request for additional details about the most recent funding round.
