Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 1.02% -Breaking

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Saudi Arabia lost 1.02% at the end.

Emaar The Economic City was the best performer of the session, rising 3.06% or 0.36 point to close at 12.12. Halwani Bros added 2.262% to reach 90.00, while Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company rose 1.97% to 25,85.

Arabian Shield Coop Insurance Co. (SE:) was the worst performer of the session, falling 4.66% or 1.22 point to close at 24.98. Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (SE:), fell 4.29%, or 0.90 points, to close at 20.10. Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. (SE) fell 4.25% (0.98 points) to 22.06.

The February delivery of crude oil was 0.33 percent lower at $75.65 per barrel. Brent oil, which was due for delivery on March 11, fell by 0.14 percent to reach $78.53/barrel, and the February Gold Futures contract, which fell 20.45 percent to trade at $1790.45 per troy ounce, fell by 1.13%.

EUR/SAR increased 0.04% to 4.2489 while USD/SAR dropped 0.05% at 3.7543.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.1% at 96.095.
