  • TeslaThe stock of (NASDAQ:) rose 1.1% as CEO Elon Musk exercised all options due to expire in the next year. It signaled an end for his stock sales.

  • JD.comADRs dropped 0.2% following the announcement by China’s online retailer giant that it will increase its share buyback program by 50% and spend up to $3B on its stock purchases. It also announced that it had taken out a $2 billion, five-year loan to finance its green projects.

  • QuidelThe stock of (NASDAQ:) rose 1.4% following the announcement that Omicron is the dominant variant in coronavirus, and its testing kits can detect it.

  • Delta Air LinesStock fell by 0.7% at (NYSE:) Alaska Air (NYSE:) Stock dropped 0.8% following the cancellations of hundreds by airlines on Tuesday. This was due to Covid’s rise.

  • Alibaba Stock fell 0.9% after a Bloomberg report stated that the China-based E-commerce Giant is looking at selling its 30% share in a social media advertising company. Weibo(NASDAQ:), 0.8% decrease to the state-owned Shanghai Media Group

  • Cal-Maine Foods The stock of (NASDAQ:) fell 7.3% following disappointing quarterly results from the egg producer, as well as higher labor and packaging cost.

  • Victoria’s SecretThe stock of (NYSE:) rose 10% following the announcement by the retailer of lingerie that it would be offering a 250 million share repurchase plan.

  • FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ:) Stock fell more than 12% following a bigger quarterly loss than anticipated by the fuel cell manufacturer, and revenues falling to under $14million from $17million a year earlier.
