#5 My Neighbor, Alice
The initial launch date for blockchain builder game ‘My Neighbor Alice’ is 2022, yet it already has many supporters who are impatiently waiting for the game to come out, including more than 150K followers on Twitter!

My Neighbor, Alice, received a metaverse grant worth $80million and has made numerous NFT sales. The game is based on the Chromia blockchain and is a part of The Sandbox’s metaverse. My Neighbor Alice will allow players to buy virtual islands and collect exclusive items. They can also meet other avatars while taking advantage of the benefits of the pay-to-earn system.

The market capitalization of the ALICE token is $371 million at the time of this writing and it trades at $12.15.

#4 Illuvium
Illuvium is a blockchain-based fantasy battle game, inhabited by creatures named ‘Illuvials.’ The game features a 3D environment and is a combination of an open-world exploration game and a PVP minion battle game. Layer-2 integration, the IlluviDEX (built-in, decentralized exchange platform), as well as Yield Farming are some of its unique features.

Like My Neighbor Alice, Illuvium hasn’t launched yet but it is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2022. It has more than 200K fans on Twitter (NYSE :); the market cap for ILV token is $714M, with a current price at $1113.70.

#3 Flow
Flow’s ecosystem features a fast, decentralized, developer-friendly blockchain, and metaverse known as the ‘Flowverse.’ The blockchain hosts a range of NFT projects, one of which is CryptoKitties, a collection of digital cats, and the world’s first ERC-721 token.

FLOW was extremely volatile in its first year, with it spiking during the first half 2021. The lowest point at $6.67 came at the June end, but the coin recovered once again. FLOW currently trades at $8.37 and has a market capitalization of $2.6 billion. The 4th-largest blockchain in terms of NFT volume is Flow.

#2 Internet Computer
Internet Computer, which was created by the DFINITY Foundation, was launched May 10, 2021. The Layer 1 solution’s powerful, general-purpose blockchain has an unlimited environment for smart contracts, boasting that it is completely decentralized and provides infinite scalability for dApps. The DFINITY website states that Internet Computer operates at high speeds, significantly reducing computation costs.

The ICP token enjoyed a great start to its lifecycle, recording a price of $460 in May 2021, yet the coin’s value has since dropped to 23,08$, as of this writing. ICP ranks 39th on CoinMarketCap’s list of top coins.

#1 Bored Ape Yacht Club
Bored Ape Yacht Club, (BAYC), is a group of 10,000 NFT-apes that are based upon the blockchain. These avatars can be generated randomly, and each one has more than 170 traits.

BAYC’s remarkable achievements have been achieved in just three months after its September 2021 release. In October the total sales of the project reached $542million. The company also plans to launch an indigenous token in the first quarter in 2022.
