German retail sales rebound in November -Breaking

BERLIN (Reuters – German retail sales unexpectedly rose in November. Data showed Tuesday that annual sales in Germany rose to a record level despite new restrictions regarding the coronavirus epidemic, which has impeded a consumer-driven recovery in Europe’s biggest economy.

Retail sales rose 0.6% by the Federal Statistics Office in real terms, according to The Federal Statistics Office. This was better than Reuters’ forecast of a drop of 0.5%.
