Polish central bank hikes main rate to 2.25%, as expected -Breaking

WARSAW (Reuters – Poland’s central bank increased its main interest rate 50 basis points to 2.25% Tuesday. It said this in response to analysts’ expectations in light of rising inflation.
At 1530 GMT, a statement after the decision will appear.
