Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

Saudi Arabia’s closing bell saw an additional 0.85%, bringing the total to a new one-month high.

They were the top performers at the session Baazeem Trading Co (SE:) traded at 119.80 after the close, up 6.77%. Meanwhile, Kingdom Holding Company (SE) increased 4.60% (0.46 points) to reach 10.46 Alujain Late trade saw Corporation (SE:), up 4.13%, or 2.20 points, to 55.50

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC, (SE:) were the worst-performing session. They fell 2.16% (0.46 points) and traded at 20.84 by the end. Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC, (SE) fell 1.96% to 160.40. Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC(SE:), was down 1.63% to 193.20.

The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 163 percent to 43 percent, and 16 percent ended the same.

SJSC (Allied Cooperative Insurance Group) shares fell 52 weeks to their lowest point.

Oil for February delivery rose 0.99%, or 0.76, to $77.75/barrel. Brent oil rose 0.83 percent to $80.83 per barrel in March, and the February Gold Futures contract was up 0.67% to $1826.70 an ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.4% to 4.2541 while USD/SAR went up 0.02% at 3.7561.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.2% at 96.013.
