On the occasion of Jan. 6, 2006 Capitol Riot, President Joe Biden warned that democracy was still at risk during the invasion.

Biden, in an explosive speech, condemned Trump’s web of lies and blamed Trump directly for allowing the attack on the 2020 election.

You can only love your country if you win. The law can only be obeyed when it is convenient. Biden made the remarks in a speech from the Capitol.

Biden declared that “the lies that drove the madness and anger we witnessed in this place have not abated.” We must be unyielding and firm in our defense for the right to vote, and that it is counted.
