Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Saudi Arabia closed at 0.20%.

They were the top performers at the session Alujain Corporation (SE) saw a 4.14% increase or 2.30 points, closing at 57.80. BURUJ INTERNAL INSURANCE CO (SE 🙂 added 3.38% to 23.26, while Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. (SE 🙂 was up 3.08% to 36.80.

Batic Investments and Logistics Co(SE:) were the worst-performing sessions. They fell 4.57% and 1.06 points respectively to close at 22.16. Sadr Logistics Co. SE: fell 2.84% (or 2.40) to finish at 82.00. Baazeem Trading Co (SE): The SE was at 117.00, down 2.4% or 2.80 point.

Stocks that are rising outnumbered those in decline on Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange were 114 to 90, and 19 ended unaffected.

The February delivery of crude oil was at $80.08 per barrel, an increase of 2.86%. Brent oil, which was due for delivery March 1, rose 2.8% or 1.84 percent to reach $82.64/barrel, and the February Gold Futures contract declined 2.03% or 37.05. It traded at $1788.05 per troy ounce.

EUR/SAR decreased 0.02% at 4.2478 while USD/SAR fell 0.04 to 3.7545.

At 96.168, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.01%.
