A third blockchain incident has occurred in the last few months. It clogged up the network, causing transactions to fail. People debate whether or not it was caused another distributed-denial-of-service attack (DDoS) or just network issues.

It is difficult to determine the scale of the incident. Redditors, Wu Blockchain, Coinbase and Wu Blockchain reported that there was an incident that caused the network’s slowdown and transaction failures. Anatoly Yakovenko (co-founder Solana Labs) denied the existence of a DDoS.
