(Reuters) – AT&T Inc (NYSE:)’s WarnerMedia and ViacomCBS (NASDAQ:) Inc are exploring a possible sale of a significant stake or all of the CW Network, which they jointly own, the Wall Street Journal reported late on Wednesday.
The report cites people who were close to talks as saying Nexstar Media Group, (NASDAQ:) Inc, is one of the potential suitors.
