Cho Pd Acquires A VFX Company Ahead Of K-Pop Reality NFT’s First Reveal

Cho PD founded ChoCo Entertainment in April 2019. The company has seen rapid growth and business expansions over the past three years. They did not acquire a VFX business as their first expansion venture. A production company that was founded last year by an Mnet employee, and specialized in entertainment programming production for shows like MAMA and KCON, had been purchased before.

ChoCo Entertainment’s chief executive officer Cho PD stated that their latest acquisition of a VFX firm specializing high levels in CG and VFX tech was done to increase their business prospects. They also plan to grow their company, which includes K-Pop and K-Content.

They are also supporting the development of NFT Content and Digital Influencer Content, which will help expand their IP for the K-Pop group about to launch.

The trailer for their reality NFT was released on January 6th. K-pop will be the first to launch a season-based reality NFT. Reality NFT is already attracting a lot of attention. It will display fusion alternate universe content through reality videos. These reality videos will show how K-Pop stars can be connected to unique characters and avatars that serve as alternate identities for those who live in digital space.

ChoCo plans to double their capital, with the support of prominent local businesses and investors. All these are part of the firm’s aspirations to become the next generation of the K-pop group.
