(Reuters) – European Parliament President David Sasoli is dead, Roberto Cuillo announced in a Twitter https:// Tuesday.
Cuillo stated that Sassoli (65) died on January 11th in Italy. He was being treated for pneumonia.
Sassoli has been hospitalised in Italy since Dec. 26 due to a “serious complication” related to his immune system, his office had said https://reut.rs/3K15gyq on Monday.
