Genopets, A Virtual Pet RPG On Solana Launches Its Private Beta

Although virtual pets are a very common type in crypto gaming, it is not easy to find them on the market. The only exception being Aurory.

Genopets is an identical project that runs on the Solana cryptocurrency. Genopets NFT holders can now play the beta version of Genopets, which will launch on January 20, 2022.

This game will be only available for a limited time. It is meant to assist the developers in identifying any issues with gameplay mechanics and collecting feedback from the public.

The play-to earn mechanics won’t be activated yet. Developers have offered rewards in GENE tokens to the most active testers. These tokens will be distributed periodically throughout testing.

Genopets is a RPG for virtual pets that combines crypto economic features with action RPGs. The developers have also worked hard to produce the “Move-to-Earn” concept, which means that the game will encourage users to move and do fitness exercises in order to earn GENE tokens.
