Hemisphere Media Group Networks Announce Multi-Year Agreement With fuboTV -Breaking

Investing.com — Fubotv Inc (NYSE:) shares rose 1.15% after Hemisphere Media Group Inc (NASDAQ) reached an agreement of multi-years with fuboTV.

Hemisphere will provide access to the five Hemisphere networks which serve the U.S. Latino markets through its partnership. Additionally, subscribers will have access to Hemisphere’s other content such as entertainment and news from Puerto Rico and films from Mexico, Latin America and Spain.

Hemisphere president and CEO Alan Sokol said, “Virtual MVPD platform continue to see robust growth. We applaud our partners fuboTV who seek to provide a complete viewing experience for consumers, especially Hispanic/Latino viewers by providing them the high-quality, differentiated content that they desire.”

Sokol stated that he hopes to “allow us the opportunity to increase our reach in the markets populated by communities we service.”

Fubo appeared earlier this week. reported its preliminary resultsThe fourth quarter’s revenue will be reported at between $215 and $220 millions.
