Prince Andrew’s legal team decline comment on U.S. court decision -Breaking

LONDON (Reuters – Britain’s Prince Andrew’s legal team said that on Thursday, they wouldn’t comment because Virginia Giuffre was not allowed to sue the U.S. for sexually abusing him as a teenager.

U.S. District judge Lewis Kaplan announced Wednesday that Giuffre (38) could file claims against Andrew, alleging she battered and caused her distress, while Jeffrey Epstein, a financier, trafficked her.

The spokeswoman for the legal team informed me “There will not be any comment,” she said.
