Australia cancels Novak Djokovic’s visa again -Breaking

MELBOURNE, (Reuters) – On Friday, the Australian government cancelled Novak Djokovic’s visa. The Australian government said that Novak Djokovic was now world number one in tennis. 1 may be at risk if they are not vaccinated against COVID-19.

After a judge quashed an earlier annulment and freed Djokovic from detention, Alex Hawke, the Immigration Minister used his discretionary power to cancel Djokovic’s visa again.

Hawke made the following statement: “Today, I exercised section 133C(3) (Migration Act) to cancel the visa held on health and good orders grounds by Mr Novak Djokovic. It was in my public interest to do this,” Hawke added.
