Facebook, Google CEOs aware of formal advertising market deal — court filing -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – According to an amended complaint filed in Texas by other states, Google was aware that a deal had been made to take a part of the online advertisement market.

While Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook CEO, discussed it in an email thread, Sundar Pichai, Google’s CEO, signed off on the deal with Facebook.

Both companies did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
