North Korea used railway-borne missile in Friday’s test -KCNA -Breaking

SEOUL (Reuters), – North Korea test fired a railroad-borne missile on Friday in firing drills, according to state media KCNA. This marks the country’s third weapons test for this month.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff of South Korea stated that it detected two ballistic missiles with short ranges from North Pyongan Province, north of North Korea.

According to the KCNA, a firing drill was conducted to “check the proficiency of the action procedures by the railway-borne regiment,” an exercise that the country had tested last September. It is a counter-strike against any threatening forces.
