Unilever offers 50 billion pounds for GSK unit -report -Breaking

LONDON, (Reuters) – Unilever (NYSE) is attempting to acquire a pharmaceutical company. Glaxosmithkline The UK’s Sunday Times reports that the consumer goods industry of (LON) is valued at approximately 50 billion pounds ($68.4 million).

GSK Pfizer The newspaper reported that (NYSE:) which holds a minor stake in the division rejected the offer because it was too low.
