Germany stocks lower at close of trade; DAX down 1.01% -Breaking

Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index falling 1.01% while it declined 1.25% and losing 1.59%.

Fresenius Medical Care KGAA ST, (DE:), was the best performer of the session. It rose 0.63% to 61.040 by the close. Adidas AG (DE;) added 0.611% or 1.55 to close at 254.20. Daimler AG NA O.N. In late trade, the German currency (DE) was 0.380 points higher at 74.640.

Sartorius AG VZO O.N. was the worst performer of the session. (DE:), fell 3.04% (14.000 points) to trade at 445.900 at close. Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. Shares in K&S AG (DE:) rose to 3-years highs; up 4.44% or 0.805 to 18.920. Rheinmetall AG (DE) shares rose to 52 week highs with a gain of 1.77%, or 1.640 to 94.160 Auto1 Group SE (DE) shares fell by 3.90%, or 0.64 to 15.76 to their lowest level in over a decade.
