Microsoft to buy Activision Blizzard in a deal at $68.7 billion -Breaking

(Reuters] -Microsoft Corp stated Tuesday that it was buying Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ) videogame publisher for $68.7 Billion cash. It is the largest transaction in the industry.

Microsoft’s $95 share offer is 45% higher than Activision’s Friday close. Activision shares were nearly up 38% at $65.39, before the news halted them.
