Volkswagen Group China’s component factory in Tianjin resumes some shifts -Breaking

BEIJING (Reuters) – Volkswagen (DE:) Group’s China unit said on Tuesday its component factory in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin had resumed some shifts since Thursday last week.

Volkswagen Group China stated earlier that the component factory VW Automatic Transmission Tianjin was closed as of Monday last week.

Since Monday, the closed down Volkswagen vehicle plant in Berlin was jointly operated by FAW Group.
