UK house prices rise annual 10.0% in November

LONDON, (Reuters) – The British House Prices in November was 10.0% more than a year ago, up from 9.8% annual Growth in October, according to the Office for National Statistics on Wednesday.

In June 2013, the house price inflation reached 13.5%, which was its highest level in over 15 years. This occurred just before the temporary tax exemption on purchases began to be phased out by government.

London was still the country with the least increase in home prices. It rose 5.1% in the last year.
