U.S. preparing for possible future COVID variants -White House -Breaking

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – The Biden administration prepares for future COVID-19 variants, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain said to MSNBC during a Thursday interview. This was as Omicron-related cases seemed to be easing in some parts of the country.

“We’re prepared. We are increasing production. Klain spoke in the Wednesday interview.

“We must prepare for everything that comes next; there are many more steps in combating this pandemic. We’re taking these steps.
