U.S. regulator fines Credit Suisse $9 million -Breaking

(Reuters) – A U.S. regulator has issued a fine for a unit that was found guilty of violating the U.S. regulations. Credit Suisse Group AG $8 million for breaking laws designed to protect investors. This includes a requirement that research reports be disclosed about potential conflicts of interests.

Credit Suisse didn’t admit to wrongdoing when it agreed to settlement with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
