Jeffrey Brown, a former president’s appointee, stated in a 20 page order that Biden’s executive orders “amount to a presidential mandate for all federal employees to consent to vaccine against COVID-19. Or lose their jobs.”

Brown, U.S. District Court, Galveston, Texas, stated that “Because President’s authority does not extend to this extent, the court will prohibit the second order from being enforced.”
