Judge blocks mandate for federal workers

President Trump’s latest defeat comes with the ruling Joe BidenThe efforts of, to increase U.S. vaccine rates through sweeping workplace safety rules have been repeatedly stymied in the courts.

Jeffrey Brown, a former president’s appointee, stated in a 20 page order that Biden’s executive orders “amount to a presidential mandate for all federal employees to consent to vaccine against COVID-19. Or lose their jobs.”

Brown, U.S. District Court, Galveston, Texas, stated that “Because President’s authority does not extend to this extent, the court will prohibit the second order from being enforced.”
