Activist investor Blackwells Capital to call on Peloton to fire CEO -WSJ -Breaking

(Reuters) – Blackwells Capital LLC, an activist investor, is pushing Peloton Interactive (NASDAQ) Inc to fire Chief Executive Officer John Foley, and to explore a sale, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing sources familiar with the matter.

According to the report, Blackwells Capital thinks Peloton is a good acquisition target for large technology-oriented or fitness-oriented businesses.

Peloton Capital, Blackwells Capital, and Blackwells Capital declined to comment immediately on Reuters’s request for information.
