Coin Bureau (NYSE:), a well-known information site for cryptocurrency development with more than 600,000. Followers on Twitter, suffered a security breach Monday on its YouTube channel. Youtube took down a YouTube video that was allegedly posted by hackers. It contained links to fake fiat/cryptocurrency addresses and solicited a token sales. Staff at Coin Bureau said they were shocked by the attack because its accounts had been “secured using extremely strong passwords” and Google (NASDAQ) security keys.

This incident was far from isolated. Famous crypto YouTubers like Ivan on Tech or Real Vision Finance are among them. Their accounts were compromisedWithin the last few days. The hackers posted a video called “One World Cryptocurrency” that requested the same token sales from all affected accounts. Additionally, all accounts were logged into from an IP address located in the Philippines. This makes it hard to pinpoint exact login locations.
