Bank of America to award special bonuses to employees for 2021

(Reuters] – Bank of America Corp, (NYSE:), will award employees special bonuses in celebration of the bank’s outstanding performance. According to an internal memo, Reuters.

The bonuses will be available to approximately 97% of bank employees who earn up to $500,000 annually in total compensation.

In a note to employees, Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, stated that the value of this year’s awards was multiple times greater than previous cash awards. This is especially true for coworkers with annual total compensation of up to $100,000. He added, “This year, the estimated worth of these awards will be multiple times higher then the prior cash awards,”.
