Israel stock prices higher after close of trading; TA35 up 0.33%

Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

These were the best performers of the session Maytronics TASE:, which rose by 4.05% to 265 points and traded at 6815 after the close. Meanwhile, Ormat Technologies TASE: added 3.53%, or 790 point to 23200. Liveperson (TASE) was up 2.41 percent or 220 to 9344 in late trading.

These were the worst performers of the session. OPKO Health Inc TASE:, which dropped 7.77% (or 83 points) to close at 986. Israel Corp TASE: (Variable Index of Stock Exchanges) fell 2.92%, or 4000 points, to reach 133000 ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd. TASE: was at 2947, down 2.51% (or 76%)

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining ones by 282 to 221, and the 25th ended unaffected.

TASE: shares of OPKO Health Inc. (TASE) dropped to 52 week lows. They lost 7.75% or 83-986.

March’s crude oil delivery rose 2.30%, or 1.92 to $85.23 per barrel. Brent oil rose 1.80%, or 1.54, to reach $86.97 per barrel in April. Meanwhile, the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.4% or 7.55, to trade at $1849.25 an ounce.

USD/ILS increased 0.78% to 31833, and EUR/ILS climbed 0.43% up to 3.5920.

At 96.080, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.19%.
