BOSTON, (Reuters) – The Massachusetts Secretary-of-State William Galvin announced Tuesday that his office will examine broker-dealers selling target-date mutual funds. Galvin is concerned by tax reforms for small-dollar-investors.
Galvin claimed that the securities division of BlackRock Inc (NYSE :),, W. Rowe Price Group, and others) sent him letters to request information.
