Jen Psaki (White House press secretary) told reporters that “We have an occasion tomorrow on Build back Better, where there will be several CEOs here,” during a Tuesday news briefing.
Biden was determined to push Congress to pass the December spending bill. It would give billions of dollars for climate change mitigation and electric vehicle development.
