The team behind the popular blockchain explorer and analytics platform Etherscan has launched an Ethereum-based wallet-to-wallet instant messaging service dubbed “Blockscan Chat.”

Blockscan currently is in beta test mode. It allows users to chat instantly from their wallets, use multiple devices for chats, block unwanted or spammy addresses, get notifications on the blockexplorer whenever a message is received, and block any unwelcome ones.
