Samsung Elec says chip manufacturing facilities in Xian, China back to normal -Breaking

SEOUL (Reuters) – Samsung Electronics (OTC:) Co Ltd said on Wednesday that its semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Xian, China, have returned to normal operation.

Samsung (KS:), following a spike in COVID-19 case and severe travel restrictions in the area, had last month temporarily rearranged operations at its Xian production facilities for NAND flash memories chips. These were used to service the data storage market.
