Kanye West, a hip-hop musician, will have to get fully vaccinated in order to perform concerts in Australia. This was after reports claimed that he planned to tour Australia in March.

Two weeks ago, Novak Djokovic was unable to win a Grand Slam title. A court upheld Novak’s visa cancellation decision over COVID-19 rules.

Morrison said that you must be completely vaccinated. As people have recently seen, they apply to all. No matter your status, the rules apply to you. Follow the rules — you can come. If you don’t adhere to the rules, it’s impossible for you to succeed.”

Morrison’s comments came after a Friday report in Sydney Morning Herald citing industry sources that West had planned to perform stadium concerts in Australia this March.

West representatives were unavailable for comment after he released his new album “Donda”, which he dropped in July.

West is a U.S. presidential candidate in 2020. His vaccination status remains unknown.

A 2021 interview on Social Media he stated that he had only received one vaccine dose. But, in Forbes’ 2020 interview, he claimed that getting vaccinated was “the mark and the beast.”

Australia has seen an explosion of COVID-19-related infections, including about 2,000,000 cases in Australia.

It had only 400,000 cases when the pandemic struck nearly two years earlier.

After Friday’s record of 98 deaths, Saturday saw 97 deaths.

However, health officials from several states stated that hospital admissions are either declining or plateauing.
