Shell to begin trading under simpler, single-line share structure -Breaking

(Reuters) – Shell, the oil major (LON:), said Monday that it will trade with a single stock line. This confirms the Assimilation of A and B shares this weekend in order to streamline its dual share structure.

After moving to the UK, its Netherlands headquarters, this group decided to drop “Royal Dutch”, and said that its shares will be traded on Euronext Amsterdam.
