WASHINGTON, (Reuters) –Fundraising groups led by ex-US President Donald Trump now have more than $122,000,000 in cash. They raised over $51million in the second quarter of 2021. Trump’s office announced Monday.

Taylor Budowich, Trump’s spokesperson said that the ex-leader’s group “is going to crash through the midterms but carry on all the way until 2024”.

Trump intends to assist his Republican party in capturing control of Congress at the November midterm congressional elections. Trump hasn’t yet indicated whether he will be running for the presidency in 2024, following his defeat in 2020 by Democrat Joe Biden. However, Trump is the clear favourite for the nomination for the presidential office.

Trump’s principal fundraising committee Save America has donated $1.35million to “likeminded causes and endorsed candidate,” Trump’s Office stated.

According to this statement, the average donation from all Trump political committees was $31.
