(Reuters). ABBVIE Inc projected full-year adjusted profits above Wall Street estimates Wednesday. Strong sales of Botox, its anti-wrinkle injection Botox blockbuster, and Skyrizi, its newer psoriasis drug Skyrizi enabled the company to beat quarterly profit forecasts.

Two of AbbVie’s key growth drivers, NYSE:, have shown strong results, which could ease some concerns about the future of the company. Humira is the most-sold drug in the world, and will lose its patent exclusivity in the United States next year.

Botox sales have rebounded from lows during the COVID-19 epidemic. It has been focusing on expanding approvals of Skyrizi, a plaque psoriasis medication that treats eczema and rheumatism, as well as Rinvoq.

Humira’s sales rose to $5.33Billion during the fourth quarter. That is 3.5% more than was expected, missing $5.41 billion estimates, according to Refinitiv IBES data.

Skyrizi reported sales of $895million, exceeding estimates of $867.22million and Botox sales of $626million for cosmetic purposes, surpassing estimates of $569.78million.

Rinvoq sales jumped by 84.4%, to $517 millions

Revenue total of $14.89 Billion was lower than the $14.97 billion estimate.

From $36 million (or $0.01 per share) a year earlier, net earnings rose to $4.04Billion, or $2.26/share, for the quarter ending Dec. 31. Last year, Skyrizi saw a $4.7 Billion increase in contingent consideration liabilities.

AbbVie posted a profit of $3.31 per share when you exclude items. This beats the estimates of $3.29/share.

It expects that 2022’s adjusted profit will range from $14.00 to $14.20 per shared, as opposed to $12.70 in 2021. Analysts expected a $13.99 share profit.

Before the bell, shares rose by 1.1% and reached $138.50.
